01
Problem
The client runs their services through manual research and the creation of travel itineraries. Bookings for flights, hotels, and tours are organized individually, which can be time-consuming.
02
Research
Who are the business competitors?
As I did my research, I was made aware that there are already a lot of competitors for this business. There are private airline and cruise companies but there are also travel agents who are in contact with the experience providers. Each of these companies have their own website and mobile design for user experience.
What are the “pain points” experienced by users in this space?
For current travel websites, a common concern by users is navigation and understanding the information presented by the website. I think that there is so much to show clients that the website can’t make the experience simple. I also asked a few people on their opinions with travel websites and another thing they struggle with is the number of unwanted questions and offers presented.
What are the benefits from the project?
With careful planning and implementation of proposed changes, I believe that this project will help the business solidify their business identity through the design and user experience of the website. Moreover, the project will also carefully apply design mistakes improved from other
businesses with similar sites.

Conclusion
Airtime Travel and Tours prototype design embodies the spirit of hassle-free and delightful vacation experiences. This design reflects the perfect fusion of style, functionality, and user delight. By keeping the client’s vision and the users at the heart of the project, the planning and design process felt organized. As I conclude this project, I’m excited about the prospect of diving deeper the research process and learning more about information architecture to further enhance the foundations of user experiences.
